Loved is the hypercolor follow-up to cyy♡ and KAIXI's ultra-carbonated collaborative debut, fizzBuzz(). Inspired by and using samples from Alexander Ocias' unforgettable flash game of the same name, Loved is equal parts dark and punishing, chaotic and overwhelming, erratic and contradictory.

You begin in an unfamiliar place, tense and unnerving, suspended in some sort of otherworldly uncertainty. Shrill synths faltering in pitch soon enter, followed by intensely punctuated bass and drums. Should you try to escape the faceless voice, or is this some benevolent force to put your faith in?

Before you can make up your mind, the world begins to unravel, erupting in a blinding barrage of screeching distortion, dizzying bells, and frenzied drums. After being fully enveloped, you realize that the only way out is through. But will you emerge unscathed?

No matter what happens, remember—I loved you, always.
